It may be Cape Town´s quiet season but Cape Portfolios have been very busy recently – with so much to report!
After a very busy season our new website was 1st on the agenda and we proudly launched the new site in April – For those of you who have not seen it – have a look: www.capeportfolios.com
Then we ventured to sunny Mauritius, where we viewed 40 villas & beach bungalows around the island – Oh how we loved the warm ocean, and the white beach being your very own front yard!

We have handpicked 20 or so of these fabulous holiday villas and bungalows and you will find them on our web.
Prices are very reasonable (compared to the usual large hotel resort) – starting at 250 Euros per day in Summer for a 3 bed on the beach – Perfect for the independent traveller… eat in the local restaurants, shop where the locals shop and really enjoy Mauritian life…
Onto Indaba 2009 and what a success – everyone was so very positive about SA and our product. VILLAS are growing hugely in demand and definitely the new way forward in these economically hard times… value value value!! (I mean a 3–bedroom villa in Camps Bay is the same price as a room at the The Bay Hotel)
June was busy again with many red shirted Lions supporters spotted around Camps Bay enjoying our Camps Bay villas, good warm winter days and some feisty rugby!
Early July saw us move offices to an unbeatable beach front location with more space for the growing business – we are still above Caprice but now in a great corner location with direct access from the beach Rd – What a backdrop – Camps Bay beach – What a place to work!
And now looking ahead to season – we have been expanding the portfolio to Franschhoek, Plett, De Waterkant and elsewhere…
